Standard equipment orders usually ship within 5-7 business days. For custom-built strength machines or commercial racks, please allow 4-6 weeks for manufacturing and quality testing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, PRIME Fitness USA ships worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most accessories and apparel in original condition. Please note that large strength equipment and custom orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Does my equipment come with a warranty?
Absolutely. All PRIME professional-grade equipment features a lifetime warranty on frames and structural welds, and a 1-year warranty on upholstery, grips, and moving parts.
Can I track my freight delivery?
Yes. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal. For large freight items, the driver will call you to schedule a delivery window.
Do you provide assembly services?
We provide detailed digital manuals for all products. For commercial installations or complex home gym setups, we can refer you to our network of certified third-party assembly technicians.
